Making Instructions About a Topic

When making instructions about your topic, you need to think about it in steps. A list is much easier to follow than just saying what to do because a list can specifically say what to do during each step. It also puts everything in order so there's no confusion about what to do.

Here's how to make a list using the ol and li elements.

  1. Start off the list by beginning with a ol element
  2. Next, add as many li elements until your list has all of its steps listed.
  3. Finally, end with another ol element. Don't forget to add the / before the ol when typing the finishing ol.

It's not that hard really. Just 3 simple steps.
